        Getting burnt out on this place. Been here for around 6 years now. All they do is pander to new clients with promos and discounts. Once your promo period is up, the price goes way up, and they dont care about you anymore. All they do is recruit new clients and nothing to retain their long term loyal clients. Bikes are always broken in spin room. No new weights have been added in years (need heavier hand weights pls), now the locker rooms and restrooms are always out of order, broken, etc. Classes are always packed now with new people paying low rates, while long term people paying the higher rates cant get into classes. Parking is atrocious on weekends. Its become a high priced circus in my opinion. Its not even about fitness really anymore (used to be), now its just packed w people doing IG selfies. Theyve lost a lot of their amazing instructors (still some great ones, but a lot of instructors have left). Its mostly Pilates classes now. Very few kettlebell and bootcamp classes (used to be more of those). Im on my way out. Def looking for a new place.

        Bad service . Stuff marked as sale in clothing and sell full price. The studio is dirty! The AC and vents all in dust and dirt!!!

To address your concerns about our sales, we have only a few sales throughout the year which are advertised on social media, as well as our monthly newsletters. For example, for the month of January, marked items are 24% off! If we are not offering a sale, all of our retail in-studio is full price.As per your booking issues, you may have simply forgotten to switch studios when booking your class on the app or online. If you arrive to the wrong studio for class, simply give us a call and we will gladly remove you from our roster so that you aren't charged and can take a class at that location. I am also more than happy to further investigate the issue and resolve any charges if you have a screenshot of your booking!
