        Nice gym and great group! Did the Body Board class with Erin. This class is one of those long term, more sustainable workouts that will help build your core strength and tone you up without high risk of injuring yourself or burning out. Erin is great at giving you more or less challenging adaptations depending on your needs. Worth a try!

Unlike other fitness programs at your typical gym, our fitness classes take an innovative approach with body board and resistance band training that targets multiple areas of the body. We teach body board classes, barre classes, sculpt and balance, and Yin Yoga classes.
