called to make appointment -- will get back to me in 20 -30 minutes--called wellness center they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours--what a way to treat customers who pay for this service --their telephone tree is outdated and useless --they do not have enough people to man the phones while they spend hundreds of thousand s of dollars advertisng to enroll new patients and do not have enough doctors to handle what they have --while the eexecutives make exsorbitent salaries--what is their doctor to patient ratio --I have heard at least thousands to one--the only reason I am still with these people is one doctor that I have seen for 7 years---

Arrived around 2:30am and was called in within 30 min. Ear problems. Dr was great and so was the nurse, Christian.

Everything from the building interior and exterior itself was really cool to the staff was awesome. I went here to see my knee surgeon who was miraculous and all I got to say is I'm actually switching my insurance just so that I can make Southwest Medical Associates my only stop for medical services from here on out

I live in pain, I have arthritic ankles from a 30 yr old injury. I came to this location very late one night for a tooth infection that was unbearably painful. I was there for about 4 hrs mostly waiting in the patient room waiting for someone to see me, return to me, give me help. I received bad care by a bitchy physician whom I could see was too good for me taking her time. I felt dumb for having pain in my tooth and not have gone to fix it right away. I waited too long to get a Rx for the antibiotic I needed. I will never return for any treatment there. I'd rather sit in the ER waiting my 4hrs there. If you don't want to be in service of people needing help when they are vulnerable, DO NOT CONTINUE YOUR JOB!

I don't know why people have had a problem here. I've been here multiple times and never have a problem. They are always so helpful and sweet. I am smart and check in online so I can't complain about waiting. I have actually gotten more answers from my urgent care doctors than my actual primary care doctors and same goes for my son. Thank you staff! You guys have been so good to me and my family!
