        I went into the ER with severe chest pains, they took me in immediately & gave me the utmost attention. I was very impressed with their reaction & well taken care of. I love Southern Hills Hospital because I know I am in good hands with their Doctor's & Nurses. Thanks to the entire staff I am feeling 100% better & back to normal.

        After urgent care sent me to the ERwith chest pains I attempted to sign in at kiosk which said I should go right to registration without signing in, when I approached the desk I was yelled at by the clerk and security guard to take seat til they called, I hadn't signed in and they didn't have my name to call me and tried to explain that to the guard and got yelled at again, nice reception for a 77 yr old with crest pains , so yeah I give it a one cause that's your lowest rating
