Southwest Medical Associates Inc: Gramlich William R MD

I went to Southwest medical associates on Rancho in October 2021 I paid cash as I did not have insurance at the time when you do so they walk you to the counter with the bill to make sure it gets paid which it did I have my receipt however they have been sending me a $69 bill every month nobody can tell me why Ive spoken to supervisors they cannot tell me why they say they will get back to me and never do.

I took my daughter to SWMA on Rancho on 10/04. Check-in was speedy and we were in a room within 15 minutes. Doctor Naginani was good! She ordered blood tests, a urine test and a chest X-ray to identify the root cause of my daughters sickness. We arrived at 8:30pm and left at 10pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and also enforced social distancing. The day before, I took my daughter to the care now on Charleston, near Walmart. The doctor told me my daughter had 1 of 2 things, either covid or a bacterial infection. I thank care now for being available to see my daughter on10/03, but it was not helpful to take her there as they didnt have the necessary equipment and supplies to be able to identify what was wrong with my daughter. Care nows receptionist though is awesome! She told me that I could take my daughter to SWMA at anytime because their urgent care is open 24 hours. Thank you!

Southwest overall its garbage, if u go to emergency room be ready to wait 4 hours or more, and once they call u in be ready to wait 3 or more hours for the Dr. To only see u and for 5 mins tops and then prescribe without actually check u.
