Update: The response from WC was BS. How about addressing the abusive prior doctor that I clearly mentioned in this review?!?! Also, the people that answer the phone are not doing their job. I keep requesting the SAME things when I call in and get no callback from them. They say they'll send info but EVERY time I call it's like I've never called before. No notes of request/callback. Grateful for Psych doctor that I have. Asked for a Black psych doctor and glad to have one now. Treated with respect and helping me understand pathways outside of just meds and it makes a difference. He took time that he honestly did not have to make (I was late and apologize) and you rescheduled same day. Really made a difference because I was feeling out of options and talking helped me feel like I might still have time get my mind and life back. Ryan has helped me better understand options. Wanted to make this full review postive. Will just say this. The white Psych doctor (I believe his name is Wolfred) that I initially had was disrespectful, to say the least. I might not say he is racist by definition. I also cannot imagine him, even as a privileged white man, disrespecting as many white people like he disrespected my black self and still having a job. Back to current Psych. Focusing on that topic. Grateful we have men. Black men with that level of integrity in positions dealing with our health that actually care about that. Thank you. Still processing everything. Not sure how everything will go but I am grateful. Honestly, first doctor (of any sort) that I have been comfortable going to since living on the west coast. WC should listen the first time Black folks ask to speak to and seek guidence from Black therapists and Black pysch doctors. Ryan took it serious from the start. Appreciate it.

The phycologist I see is amazing so far. She made me feel comfortable and the environment is very nice. The staff is very helpful to your needs and questions. My next appointment is tomorrow

If you can do not use this place. Find somewhere else. You have an appointment for a time and end up waiting 2 hrs to see the doctor.
