Fluff Ice

The ice cream is great. However, Fluff Ice is constantly closed before actual closing. Change your  hours online and on yelp or something or JUST STOP CLOSING EARLY! My family and I always come during store hours just to see that it's closed. What's happening?!!

I had been coming here for 2 years and was hoping that the new ownership wouldn't change anything but it did. They changed the boba. They are these tiny things now like it's fish eggs. I miss the original boba. The vibe is so off now too. It's the loud music and Jenga pieces constantly falling that doesn't make this a peaceful place. It was also packed with just 1 employee. I felt so bad for her. They also used to wear gloves when making you order. The same person handling money and the register goes to make your order and touch the ice without cleaning her hands. They need to get it together, there is no more consistency.

Best shave ice in Vegas. We come here four times already when ever we are in town from LA. Highly recommended.

It was amazing! Only thing I didnt like was that the manager/owner woman grabbed my and my wifes cups by the inside of the cup, like grabbed them both by pinching them together thereby touching the inside of the cup with her fingertips using the same hand she used to take our payment with, so that was a bit of a turnoff. Would love to see just a little more consideration in keeping things sanitary for people like myself who have health conditions that prevent us from being able to take medicine if we get sick. But aside from that the fluff ice was delicious, the woman and her employee were very nice and the store itself was incredibly clean and nice looking which was a huge plus!
