Supernice people, Dr. Roberts is always good for a joke and a very pleasant experience, we went there for years. When we moved, however and used a different dentist, our oral health miraculously improved: while Dr. Roberts always found a hole and drilled every time (and charged accordingly every time) for each of our family members, none of us had any more issues with holes after we switched dentists. It is very hard to not think that a small family practice did not 'pad their pocketbook' by claiming certain procedures are necessary, knowing that it is next to impossible to check (one trusts the doctor and I never went to get a different opinion).
