The receptionist is the reason I won’t be going back, the blonde lady was Extremely rude and clearly don’t know how to speak to others. First calm your masculine butt down, you look high first off, Second I talked to you in a polite manner but you obviously couldn’t reciprocate the same respect. Clearly me going somewhere else won’t break their bank but you are the reason why their losing repeat business, which by the comments looks like a lot. Dentist isn’t cheap so that’s a lot of money and if y’all charge my insurance for doing nothing but talking nasty with me we will have a bigger problem like insurance fraud.

The rep who answered the phone by the name of dory has terrible service she told me I was a bully making up story’s to be seen sooner . I waited 3 weeks to be seen and a day prior someone called to let me know I should check in with my insurance that she didn’t believe they take it after speaking with my insurance they told me they take it I called back to see if there was any way I can be seen sooner due to he rep canceling my appointment after I had waited 3 weeks and she of top told me there was nothing sooner even after it was there mistake.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THE STAFF/PROVIDER ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT GOING TO LUNCH ON TIME THEN TAKING CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS. THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST ANN NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, SHE LIKES TO BLAME THE PATIENT FOR SOMETHING SHE SHOULD BE FOLLOWING UP ON! MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS BEEN SEEN HERE TWICE AND EACH TIME THE OFFICE SEEMS TO MESS HER APPOINTMENT UP. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DENTIST OFFICE TREAT THEIR PATIENTS LIKE THIS. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
