Dr. Raj (spelling?), Claudia, Tina, Tiffany andJackie are the most fantastic medical professionals and staff that I have been to in a long time. I took my nana here yesterday for her new dentures consultation, then twice today to drop off her dentures for impression then picked them up at 3. All of the above named were sooo kind and patient with my 87 year old nana. Dr. Raj explained the process in perfect detail, which I loved since I'm a medical transcriptionist for a maxillofacial surgeon (so I totally understand the terminolgy). Tiffany was fantastic at helping nana get her xray done to where it was comfortable and so she wouldn't fall, Jackie was so sweet doing nanas impressions today and Claudia and Tina in the front office have been so accommodating with our busy schedule and understanding when we arrive late when nana struggles to get ready on time. After the horrible year we had losing both my parents so suddenly and two months apart, and the terrible experiences we've had at several of her doctors appointments (and my own) I cannot stress enough how amazing this staff and doctor are. So much so that I am already filling out the paperwork to have MY dental work done by Dr. Raj! And that's a big deal because I have major anxiety going to the dentist from trauma as a kid, so I'm even willing to get my work done by him under local because they don't offer general anesthesia. Dr. Raj, I hope you and your staff read this message and the one I'm about to do on yelp. You have made our hectic week so much brighter and my nana being happy not only means the world to me, it really improves her and I's relationship. She has talked about all of you all the way home both yesterday and today and has called many of her friends to tell them how wonderful you are. Thank you for being who you all are, your excellent customer service and compassion for patients! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ x 1,000!
