Had a pool table moved by Daniel and Dior today. What can I say these guys were awesome. Originally came on Friday to do the move but the previous installer stripped a couple of screws. They understood my time crunch and offer to come back on Sunday with the ability of cutting off the bolts, and making the move. Went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Hey y'all, Me and the Wife had a pool table that needed a serious makeover! I called On Cue and from the start they were on top of it. I spoke with Kevin, let him know what colors I wanted to see, set a date for an appointment and the guys showed up right "on cue." They even called to let us know they were 5 minutes away. That's always nice when you get a heads up on ETA. Quentin and Dior came into the house, showed me the different colors that they had and, as luck would have it, the wife wanted a different color. Shocker right?! But guess what? No problem, Quentin ran back to the store, picked up the color she wanted, came back and had the felt installed within the hour. Quentin and Dior were professional, knowledgeable, extremely skillful and friendly. These cats were great! They also gave us wonderful tips on keeping the pool table nice and fresh looking. Both of these guys need a raise. You won't get two better individuals to come into your homes. They went above and beyond the scope of what they had to do. I can't say that for a lot of employees these days. If Google had 10 stars available Quentin and Dior would get it. Thanks On Cue! That is a perfect name for this company. I will only shop at On Cue in the future. Thanks also to Q & D.
