After waiting twenty minutes past my scheduled start time, I told my therapist, Janai, that I had had lower back issues 15 years ago. She flat out refused to give me a massage, claming that I was a liability risk. She told me that she would only massage me if I went in for x-rays at an affiliated chiropractor. Really? You couldn’t just skip the lower back and massage the rest of my body? I wonder if she would have rejected me so fliply if I hadn’t walked in there with a Groupon coupon. After all, they already have my money whether or not they give me a massage. Don’t make the same mistake I did if they ever offer another Groupon deal. Don’t give them your business.

My friend waited months in pain for her appointment just to find out they cancelled her appointment without even calling her. Never going to these heartless people.
