They need to investigate certain employees who are not qualified or trained misapply , and closed my account after i had been paying on time , saying money return a couple of times, i called my bank obtain a statement all were paid no problems, then the amount in question for Feb payment 100.00 was untrue, I dd not pay that amount in February, so my account is closed, which, is unfair practices, will tseek legal if not fix un two weeks

the are greedy, robo callers they harass you and wont stop calling, using fake numbers, and area codes.

I hadn't missed a payment on either card for over three years and have not changed my bank account. Suddently credit one won't let me pay online and is mysteriously not able to recognize the bank account I have used with no trouble for more than a year. Clearly trying to manipulate me into being late on another payment. My husband has already closed his accounts cuz they are so dishonest and I will be closing mine once paid over. Will recommend to absolutely everyone not to deal with credit one. VERY VERY dishonest company
