        I lived at the N. Decatur location and personally experienced discrimination until the point where my family just wanted me out. This is directly from the property manager. Her supervisor from the corporate office was no better. If you are a minority run the other way!

        We pick Mom up once a week. We never get to use the handicap spot. Another tenant thinks it is hers. Now people use it to empty the groceries. Also to pick up and drop off some one. A women thinks she can have the handicap parking as hers . Well about 90%.to 95% are handicap. This person drives an equinox and lives in 2312. In Capistrano pines on center street. Please make sure she shares the handicap parking.
