Dry pizza twice in a row won't happen a third time. I'm done with dominoes rather order lil Caesars and on top of it their customer service is horrible. Dominoes is the bottom of the barrel with pizza places. Even my kids didn't want it.

My brother ordered pizza back on the 27th of February and then yesterday when we tried to pick it the order wasn't in the system maybe the employees stole the money my brother spent $131 on pizza and my brother has proof on everything

We used to order Domino's 3-5 times each month, but now, Domino's is charging a Delivery Charge: $4.49, and that does not include tip. So, a sale priced pizza at 13.99 will cost you 25.00 by the time you pay their delivery charge, tax, and give the driver a decent tip. What exactly is that 4.49 delivery charge for if it isn't for the driver? They can't say it is the cost of the box, as there is no extra charge if I pick it up myself. So, Domino's, you have lost a 20 year customer due to your greed and unethical extra charges.

This review is for on line orders and lack of support ONLY. 1-I keep getting emails with " emergency pizza" that don't work. 2- why do I have to place 2 separate orders to use the same coupon? If it wasn't for the nice staff on 5516 Boulder hwy L.V. we would have ordered from Pizza Hut or Pappas John a long time ago!! 3- it's about time for "corporate" to read the reviews and do something about it!! 1.4 stars that's embarrassing
