Sleeping on the sidewalk tonight because I can not access my account to pay rent. Trying to send money on my lease but can not because I was flagged for unusual activity. However there hasn’t even been any activity to be unusual. Ridiculous.

Capital One is trash. Don’t bank with them. Customer service is poor. Can access my money.

They get the payments but don't credit my account for several days. When I call the 2th time when they did that I spoke with Alejandro and he refuse to help me at all. Bad, very bad customer service.

Are used to love Capital One I had nothing but good things to say about them and then all the sudden and be in charge interest they rip me off for $350 because of a convenient glitch in their system that they have no record of all of the sudden after my nightmare for the past two days I am closing my account and I would never recommend Capital One for checking savings or credit card anymore

Been with Capital one for years and when I call in to them, I use to get Americans speaking english. Now it's someone from the middle east. I can not change my address online anymore and I have to send in my drivers license to verify my name and it's been 2 years and I still can't change my phone number nor address. I am switching over to chase. I can speak to an American over the phone and I can clearly understand my own language better. I can change my address and phone number through the app. I am done with Capital One...CHASE IS WHAT's IN MY POCKET NOW.
