Dont ever work for this company. Theyre the worst casino operators in the country and I wouldnt be surprised if the company gets bought out like Coast Casinos did. I make it an effort to tell any person I encounter to never work or spend a dime at Boyd casinos. And when Boyd gets bought out, the name will fade into nothing. All because the original owners spoiled kids dont care about legacy. All they care about is their pay and who they screw over. A day of reckoning is coming for this company. Nobody is applying to work here and all the older employees are going to retire and that means a loss of competence due to lack of seasoned employees to train the new people. If you want a taste of how Boyd treats their employees. Look at the pictures of the food they serve to their employees and guests.

I had a complaint last week. They showed me today how they felt about it. I sat and put $530 straight into machine #06-01-06/6024 at $5 per spin and never entered a single bonus or get a pay-back over $20. I was not using my card which left me no recourse.

The worst security team ever. I was a victim of a faulty ATM machine that stranded me at Gold Coast. I had my backpack stolen and was kicked out by Mark the racist security officer. I was there for bacarat and ended up getting my bag stolen with the security team complicit to the crime. I am a proud veteran, but they only cater to the Asian people. Boyd Gaming should be ashamed of their actions. I was near tipping point and all they wanted to was provoke me and get me arrested.

Sam's Shreveport..is nasty. And no one cares. Mold and filth in the room. Trash in elevators. All reported but no one cared. Still there after 3 days Don't stay there..
