I've talked with them in the past and they always took the time to discuss and help with whatever I needed . So when my old system died I went there to have a replacement built.
Again they spent TIME with me, making sure that what I got was what I would be happy with based on my use, etc. They worked with me to move as much as we could from my old system to minimize costs. I got a custom system that is working great, at a great price. My son was so impressed with my system that he is saving to get a custom gaming rig. It took longer than I really would have liked to get the system, but I'd rather have something crafted correctly instead of thrown together - I see too much of that.
When they forgot something that was just mentioned in passing and never written down on the invoice/bid they said to bring the system back and they would make it right.
Bottom line - I appreciate a company that takes the time to listen, and stands behind their word! I'll keep going there.
