This business is very friendly and personable. They offered me the most fair price for my coins. Especially courteous while dealing with their customers, not like going to a pawn shop and treated like just another transaction to get out of the way. Thank you DEI for helping me. Dawn has the greatest customer service, she cares about the person behind the buyer, she caters to your needs, she is also very knowledgeable. DEI GOLD & SILVER was my 1st place I have ever bought coins from and Dawn educated me in a very patient way, never made me feel like dumb (even though I still have much to learn lol). I met her when I lived in town and now that I don't live in town still buy from them. I remember going to her office with my crazy toddlers and she never once made us feel like they were bothering or we could destroy their valuable stuff (even though we were annoying). They really take good care of customers by making you feel like a million buks even when I started with the smallest investment. I absolutely recommend Dawn and Frank's DEI GOLD & SILVER.
