The upside is that they serve authentic cantonese food, so it seemed a good option in the area for dinner. Also, the place is spacious which always helps with a more enjoyable experience. Even with half being sectioned off for an event, the vibe is relax and calm. Service is fine, just as expected inside a hotel. Unfortunately, two huge misses made it less desirable. First, all three dishes mostly of vegetable and fish were all heavy because of being too oily. Second, ingredients were not fresh. The shiitake mushrooms were completely void of the expected aroma. Even cheap thin shiitake would have some flavour but not these ones. Either they have been soaked and sat for weeks, or they came straight from a can :( Some pieces of the tofu were off which should never made their way to a dish being served to customers. At this price point, though not excessive for Vegas resort hotel, one should see better and fresher ingredients. By the time extra fee, taxes, and tips are added, the value is simply not there. So sadly, looks like one needs to go far away from the strip to find better Chinese food.

Very average food. 1st time I eat Asian cuisine that is dull/bland Make yourself a favor and, sure, pay 50% more, but go eat at Red 8@Wynn

Food was ok, however the service was great and was decently priced. The casino is showing its age though. Not somewhere will return to.

Great Dim Sum. I recommend KJ DimSum and Seafood while visiting LasVegas.
