Nice staff, frustrating experience. Purchased 2 money orders here that I ended up not needing. I took both money orders back for a refund & the woman didn't know how to do a refund so she called over who I'm assuming was her supervisor who told her how to conduct a refund. She was still unable to do it & told me to comeback in the morning to have someone else help me. Came back the following day in the morning, they verified the money orders weren't used & told me they still can't refund me because it was written on (even though I had a proof of purchase plus my name was written down in THEIR LOG at time of purchase). The supervisor there said we can't refund it because for example how do we know you didn't just find these, I told them I have my ID my name is again in their logs! They didn't want to pull out their logs or verify my ID they instead told me to take the money orders to my bank & deposit them into my account for the refund. Sounded suspicious to me so I went to the teller at my bank she told me that's an absolute lie & that they'd be rejected PLUS I'd be charged for fraud! I was informed by the teller they were supposed to refund me if I had proof of purchase & were able to verify the money orders weren't used. Instead they sent me around in circles for 2 days! If you guys didn't know what to do then just say that instead of lying to me & almost getting me charged for fraud! Guess I'll figure out the issue on my own since they can't seem to provide any assistance
