Grout Plus Tile & Grout Cleaning

They do excellent work at a fair price. I suffer from severe spinal pain and am unable to clean my floors as I would like so I called these pros. They did not disappoint.

My kitchen, bathroom and hallway tile floors look great after grout cleaned by “Grout Plus'' on Wednesday, January 13. First I like to thank the owner, Don Logan, who came to my place to survey and price quote that I believe was fair and reasonable prices. I moved to Las Vegas two years ago and I’ve learned that it is rare to find honest vendors, contractors, handy workers, etc., that I can trust without worry about overcharged or scammed and I believe Grout Plus is one of those rare companies that I will trust. Don sent two men for the job, Carlos and Omar, who did the fantastic job cleaning and sealing the floors. I whole heartily recommend the Grout Plus to anyone planning to renew their tile floors at reasonable cost instead of retiling.

Steve, from Grout Plus Tile & Grout Care did an excellent job today cleaning around 610sq ft of tile & grout in our downstairs hall, kitchen, dining space & bathroom. Don, the owner of the company, took my call on Monday & organised a visit the next to measure our tile flooring & have a look at it. He gave an extremely competitive price to both clean & seal our tile/grout. Steve came out today (Weds), was extremely detailed, thorough & did a fantastic job - the flooring looks awesome! He was professional & friendly, no ‘hidden’ fees and took his time to ensure every single tile & surrounding grout was thoroughly clean. He even moved some heavy furniture out of the way for me to get everything done & put it back afterwards. I’m really impressed & will definitely be giving this company a call again when the tile/grout needs another clean. The equipment & cleaning solution used was quality, could see all the grime coming out of the flooring as he was cleaning. Was surprised how dirty the tiles/grout had actually been (despite regular mopping) & really see a big difference in cleanliness as Steve went through the rooms. Thanks again Steve for doing such a great job!

OMAR is a Tile saver! My tile had some sort of film on it and the grout was dark. Omar worked for 3 and a half hours making sure it was perfect! He even helped move all my furniture back. My tile looks good as new. Thanks Omar!

Showed up more than thirty minutes late, took measurements of area without indicating area measured. Still not prepared to work after being at my home a half hour, then told me job would be four hours or more, still no price. Not how I do business.
