Dr Plon is an amazing Doctor she deserves five stars but Im giving the one star to her staff. Her medical assistant is rude. When I called to ask for something to be sent to another doctor, her tone was rude, I felt rushed, and she never sent it.

Dr. Marina Plon - a mother , a person , a Real doctor ... She is knowledgeable, on top of new , she listens , she talks and hears you , because she cares . Marina Plon devoted her life to cardiology and she is as humble today as when she entered medicine. Its hard to explain unless you are a patient ! Amazing memory , professionalism in the time we are living and given micro time on the schedule. The woman is a giant ! Patients find her , stay with her forever and know that they found a rare gem , who will do impossible things to help them ! Dr. Plon thank you for what you do ! Faina .

Dr. Plon DID show up pretty quickly at the hospital after I was taken by ambulance at the possibility of myself having a heart attack. I didn't end up having one, Thank-God. She was a kind and thoughtful doctor until I had missed a couple of appointments. Then, she wasn't as nice as she once was. She ( sort of) insulted me, without saying as much to the effect that I didn't know where I was. She knew that I knew exactly where I was! I told her, at that very visit that, I did like her as a doctor...she just looked at me, with absolutly NO reaction or NOT even a smile on her face, which I felt very disappointing. In the beginning of Jan. 2020 Dr. Plain decideded to charge patients anywhere between $20.00- $50.00 for missed appointments, depending what the appointment was for. Not one of the staff ever even mentioned that this was going into effect as of 1/1/2020. I'm not saying that they had to, but it would have been nice. I do think ( which is why she did it in the first place.) This being the fact, I had cancelled a few appts. I ( unfortunately) have several speciality doctors, which makes it difficult for me to keep every single appointment with ALL of these doctors. I do try to, but circumtances don't allow it, at times. This news rule, which I was NOT aware of, was not allowing me to see Dr. Plain or anyone else in her office, until I had paid all of the past due amounts of not being able to make all of these appointments. Let me make myself perfectly clear, these are not appointments that I owed money for, just dollar amount set by Dr. Plon, herself if you cancelled an appointment...which could be up to $50.00. I had missed 2 appointments, so this cost me $100.00. Let me remind you that I was not allowed to see Dr. Plon, until this money was paid( in full) unfortunately I am not able to pay, at this time. I would like to say that I am only on disability right now and have a terminally sick dog, who has a hefty medicine bill and special canned and dry dog food, as well. I cannot pay this ( missed appt. bill) at this time. It seems that I need a ultrasound and a heart monitor, but can't get these important aspects of a heart ( problem). If you as patients are reading this, please think about this...before you decide to go with this doctor. If you need these, and can't see any of these doctors ( within this group) just because you missed a COUPLE of appointments, do you really want to risk ( possibly) your life because of this, so called rule. Thank-You, for reading this long post...I did mean..DR. PLON at ALL times in typing this, NOT Dr. Plain.
