**Update** Below is what I originally posted about this place a month ago but today I went through and decided to give them another try but just use Levi as my detailer. I will tell you this my car is never been given the attention it was given today it was the best detailing job Ive ever seen anyone do. Lesson learned to give it to someone you trust come see Levi. Hes a student and a hard worker. What a redeeming experience! I went through today to have a detail done and also a hand wax and it was the worst experience Ive ever had with any car wash company. There were huge streaks of grime still left on the side of the car even after the wax and areas of wax not removed. The whole rear of the SUV was not clean and was NOT WAXED AT ALL nor was the rear window cleaned. There was still bug splatter all long the front still. Having been a detailer myself back in the day, if you'd done the front of the vehicle, and they did use an orbital, there wouldn't be left over bug debris. I guess now I've got bug wax. I was so frustrated pointing out all the little defects I decided to take the vehicle home myself to fix it the way it shouldve been done. Also, I noticed that the speed of the car wash machine was about 30% to 40% faster than it normally is and the overhead cleaning machine was broken and not moving at all. So was this done to push more cars thru or to save on detergent and water? Who knows. All I know is I will not ever be taking my cars back to them. My car is over $100,000 and I didnt even get the attention of a $10,000 car. I didnt even want my money back nor did I want them to redo the work. I still tipped but did chew the detailed some. $90 it was. Services: Vacuuming, Auto detailing, Polishing, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming

I've taken my truck here twice since I've owned it, and both time unsa. They barely vacuumed the truck, the dash was only half cleaned, kick boards weren't cleaned. Had my wife's car cleaned the same time and there is still finger and foot prints from my grandson in the back seat. Guess I'll clean them right. Waste of $80

This place lets me down every time I come here. They asked if I wanted anywhere specific and I mentioned wiping down the cup holders and they didnt even touch it. Same thing happened last time I came here when I got their $80 wash. Today I did the $40 one but yeah dont expect much out of this place
