Advantage Rent A Car

Spent several hundred dollars on rental insurance and after the battery in the vehicle quit working the next day, was told because it worked fine when I drove off the lot they werent going to cover it! I had to spend another huge amount in a new battery when clearly it was going bad before I rented it. Was told at checkout someone would look into it more thoroughly but no one has contacted me. I will NEVER recommend your agency to anyone!!!!

Waited in line for quite a while but Vila made it a pleasant experience. I wanted a bigger car and she was very professional and took great care of me. Great customer service. Returning the car was also a super fast process. No issues here. I would recommend this car rental.

Was a good company. No longer use them they restrict NV residents to75-100 miles daily!
