I had an opportunity to do business with Daniel today and it was exceptional. I walked in looking for a specific car  after I located it online - 2022 Tesla. It was interesting to see that he had over 14 on the lot which is pretty significant for one location. They truly had a variety of options on the lot from 2014 to 2022 - they looked great. This is a small family business and I really respect how they handled my transaction today. I already had a pre approval from my credit union, so I literally was in and out with the car in 35 minutes.  It took me longer to make up my mind than it took for Daniel to type up the paperwork, set up my app, print the tags and send me on my way!  I had an opportunity to meet the owner, which is the father of the business and realized that I was interacting with his son.  This was just a natural good transaction. It was fast, efficient, Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about Tesla's from A-to-Z [beginning to end] and I know for a fact I will go back for my next vehicle. Job well done Daniel!  Well done!

My experience with Daniel was great! I told him where I wanted my numbers to be and he did his best to get me there. No haggling and running back and forth to a manager. It was a straight forward process. I test drove the car, we agreed on a deal and I was driving off in my new (to me) Model S in under an hour. By far the easiest and best car buying experience from a dealer EVER!!! I love this car!!!

I came in to test drive a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D and told the seller towards closing time that I would be reaching out to my credit union to finance the vehicle. I made sure to keep in contact with Daniel and update him each step of the way. I got approved for financing the same day and let Daniel know this immediately. I told him I would be in there first chance I could to drop off the check as they were about to close before I could get back. He acknowledged and at this point it's safe to assume I was going to buy as I secured financing, got a hard inquiry on my credit and explicitly stated that I was going to purchase the vehicle. The next day rolls by and a few hours before I'm expected to show up he tells me something along the lines of "Unfortunately our vehicle sold through our dealer system last night. ( The same night I told him I got approved for financing ) I'll let you know when something similar shows up." Overall I felt this situation was handled very poorly, for my time was wasted, he lacked any empathy or apology for this situation. He told me he would follow up two days later with an update on if he could find anything similar. He did not ever follow up. Also side note I asked if there was anything wrong with the car before I came to check it out. He said it was in super great shape! This was not true. The vehicle had scratches, paint chips missing almost everywhere you looked and had a California warning sticker baked and scratched into both sides of the vehicle.I would not purchase a vehicle through here. They have low prices, but it comes at the cost of them deceiving you about the vehicle's condition and they're likely to waste your time. I waited a few more days and found a car in much better condition, ideal colors and packages for around the same price and 13K less miles and also had a much more premium experience with the dealers and dealership. I will not ever consider this place again.
