Truffles N Bacon Cafe ®

I've been following and wanting to go to this place for years. My obsession with all things ube was the reason. We didn't wait long (30 minutes). As it was our first time, we were not aware of the wait-list one can join via Yelp. Good to note for future visits for sure. The host managed to have us seated sooner, which was a shock. We were told it could take up to 60-75 mins to wait. Thank goodness we took the leap to wait a bit. I got the ube French toast with a side of candied bacon and pork belly. My husband had the huge breakfast, which came with hash browns, ham, bangers, and bacon. All of it was delicious. A little pricey but not terrible considering the quality. Atmosphere was a bit disorganized. There were hardly any staff working. The waiters were also bussing tables. I would go back again because of the food, but hope to experience better service.

Always dependable local eatery. Great diner style with an Asian flair. The food is so amazing! If you're visiting Vegas and near this area... you have to try, if not at least once. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.

We went here on a Saturday morning around 15 minutes after they opened. We were just asked to check in via their tablet and we were sat right away. Our waitress, Cherry, was great with giving us the specials of the day and recommending a dish. Their bathrooms were clean ad the tables were spaced out so my kids didn't bump into another table. Great tasking food. We got the: UBE pancakes, the UBE waffles, the lobster Mac n cheese, and the corn beef hash meal( comes with tots and a sunny side up egg). We were able to eat and leave in less than an hour. If you would like to eat here I recommend coming close to once it opens and there is no wait. And the spam fries are a must- our kids ate them up.

We ordered the ube French toast and tutti fruiti. They did not disappoint. Very tasty. The pork belly on the side was cooked perfectly, moist and crunchy. Our waiter, Dean, was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

The food was super Felicia and the service was wonderful. There was so many cute signs and the dining area was super cute.
