Closet World

We recently renovated our entire home from the ground up. We unfortunately hired Close World to do our pantry. Marcy was our sales person who spent nearly 2 hours drawing out a diagram in pencil of what she thought would be good for our pantry space. Before agreeing to the project we advised her that we needed to actually see the product before spending $3400. We went to their showroom near the airport. We looked at the quality of the displays and asked questions. Marcy was not there. We are satisfied with the showroom display and signed the agreement. When they installed the pantry, it literally were two 6' book shelves that you would buy from Walmart to assemble and a small 1/3 of the size of the two. They brought the wrong size of the drawers so they never completed the job. Mike White who is their manager looked at the pantry and said he would make it right for us. He later suggested to put a backing to the book shelves. We advised them it was nothing like the floor display in their showroom, that they needed to match that. He not only refused but threaten us and was extremely combatant. I would never recommend using these people ever. Stay far away from them, they are now chasing us for the balance of the money without even completing the job. Get professional rendering and pictures of what they promise to put in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What a disorganized company, first the bait & switch ads, 40%-50% off, the obviously double the price. The designer did not come up w a sensible design, corners cluttered . The installers were messy, left walls torn up, shoddy workmanship , the panels had chips. Overall disappointing job, call a professional closet company, instead...

Worked with two separate designers on a fairly simple wall unit that just could not understand or grasp what we were asking. We finally finalized a design after a ton of headache and they took nearly $1000 as a deposit. When it showed up for install almost a month later, it was incorrect in multiple ways so we sent it back with hopes of getting it fixed. But it took us three weeks to then get anyone on the phone, at which point we decided we just wanted a refund. But they're blaming it on us and our "interpretation" of the contract and will not refund the deposit, even though the install manager flat out told me that they messed up on two parts of it, and they flat out cannot do another.
