I don't know what's going on with the new owners, they don't seem to care about their customers at all. They are a Lebanese couple and not very friendly. Things I've gotten there in the past are no longer the same wonderful quality.Beware of their organ meats, the beef cheek and sweetbreads they now sell  are not edible, they are just mounds of fat with nothing inside!The meats in the case are clearly very old and rotting and I'm sure they ground them up for ground meats once they can no longer sell them.These people are not to be trusted and don't stand behind their quality anymore like the previous owners. It makes me sad for the employees who work there having to pretend Larry's is still the same.

Best butcher in Las Vegas. From the filet mignon to the Ribeye, the T bone is a must try. Thank you Larry at the front too for always helping me pick a delicious meal!!!

I'm never going to bring my deer there I finally got it my deer back took 5 months and he didn't cut it right give me all ground meat  worse butcher in state Nevada

Joey was amazing. Extremely helpful. Larry trimmed a beautiful cut of Picanha for me. Was hands down some of the best cuts Ive had.
