Hector is in too much control he does not report things as he should an hes covering up a lot of stealing and a lot of harassment and poor customer service. I was just hung up on today by hector after he gave me a lease violation for having 4/5 kids at the pool all under the age of 5 he had my car towed on Christmas Eve an I had to pay 400$ to get it out of tow then he charged me 400$ extra in late rent during the pandemic after he had the car towed. Ive lived here for two years and every time I talk to him its this queen attitude of well you can leave so Ill be doing just that horrible place to live

I moved to a property owned by Picerne thinking that it was much better than where I was living, but after speaking with the manager (Joe) of the property about an incident, he was not understanding of what I was trying to tell him and he seemed that I was bothering him. I tried calling corporate, but no answer. Also, I've read other reviews which were not good. So, I'm thinking about breaking my lease to get out of here. A word to the wise, if you're looking for a nice and secure place to live, don't rent from Picerne properties.

The property manager is HORRIBLE and does not address any complaints. Dogs are allowed to run freely throughout the complex without a leash. Grounds keepers sit on the stairs and talk on their personal phones for hours during business hours. Parking is not enforce and neither are quiet hours. Living in a picerne property is the equivalent of paying $1400 to live in Section 8!

Picerne corporate does not care about their residents. When you call to discuss a corporate issue with them, they just forward you to your apartment complex instead of talking with you. They think their residents are peons, and will not read or care about this negative review.
*My response to the owners response*: That is incorrect, as you have never spoken with me. I contacted your corporate office about something my property told me was a corporate decision (removal of certain amenities), and I had to leave a voicemail which was forwarded back to my property. Your corporate office did not respond or speak to me.

Multiple calls. No follow up. Be aware renting from Picerne, there are some predatory practices that very few other property management companies in the Las Vegas area exercise. Specifically the team at Loreto-Palacio.
