I had the pleasure of working with Lowell from A&R for my summer tune up on two AC units. Lowell was very knowledgeable, kind, clean, and quick. I inquired about possible upgrades as my units are quite old and he let me know of a current upgrade program they are offering where the incentives are better than any I have heard from other competitors. As they both still continue to work I told Lowell to take his time getting me the quote but I am eager to see final costs after hearing what A&R is currently offering. 10/10 would recommend.

What kind of company collects a fee of $125 then says they cannot work on your AC/heating unit because its on your tiled roof. This is Las Vegas, all the roofs are tiled. Scam.

I plead everybody to stay away from this company if you use American Home Shield or Fidelity, at all costs. I'm a HVAC tech, but I rent where I live. I performed a fall inspection on my unit, in which I found my heat exchanger to be cracked. I notified property management and landlord. The home warranty sent these guys out and the technician wrote down on his invoice that it was only a scratch, and that the unit was safe to operate. This is not true, cracked heat exchangers can emit carbon monoxide, leading to death. They leave dangerous furnaces operational everywhere, because they dont make as much money when they have to replace a furnace, or a compressor in summer. The tech they sent even had the audacity to offer me a job at their company. I have a conscious and could never work for these people. These people will scam you by demanding money for services already covered under your home warranty policy, or they'll set a 15 minute timer on their phone so that way they know they can leave your home and still collect the insurance money. Remember when you call in a work order, you can request who comes to your home. I suggest its anybody but A&R Complete Service Corp.
