Well It's just a low grade company that operate from Noida sector 2, uttar paresh ,India. If you are too desperate to look for a cheap solution for customer service project , then you could invest your time and energy into this company. The organisation has hire and fire policy , doesn't pay salary to its employees on time, and sometimes fires employees without pay. You may image how bad this company is that it can not afford to have Microsoft windows in its computers. As a cost cutting measure the company has installed linux OS in old age computers. This company makes money from technical supports primarily from non-English speaking countries because technical support work is usually considered scam in the US.If you are a prospective client , than think twice before you give this company a project.
