Hi Laurie,
I called the Brighton Store located in The Forum Shops at Ceasars on 8/20/2020 at 6:50 PM. I was calling from Scottsdale, Arizona inquiring about 2 specific items Ive had difficulty finding. I was greeted by the sales associate Laurie, who was extremely helpful. I was interested in purchasing the following items: Two of the Lennox Continental Organizers in Black from the Pretty Tough Collection and One of the B. Wishes Mini Jewel Case in Black from the B. Wishes Collection. Laurie had both of the Lennox Continental Organizers in Black. Laurie didnt have the One B. Wishes Mini Jewel Case in Black, but located that item at another local Brighton Shop and will pick it up for me tomorrow. Laurie informed me she will have all of my items together and ready for shipping to my home in Scottsdale, no later than Monday 8/24/2020. Laurie added that she will sent me an e-mail confirming the transaction.
Laurie went above and beyond the call of a sales associate duty, in providing service to her customer-Me! That Brighton Shop was closing at 7:00 PM, but Laurie stayed to patiently accommodate my requests placing my interest first! I truly felt like a Brighton Fashionista!
