Lost another customer it seems this is a new trend for Tahoe springs. After being with them for 3 years am being taken advantage of we pulled the plug. They water piece increased we DID NOT get a notice. We’ve been over charged for bottles that have all been returned. Our water cooler is super outdated. We decided to switch the a different provider. Customer service does nothing to fix issues.

We have been with TS for a few years. The old driver was AWESOME....we ended up w 2 coolers & increased our purchases. Apparantly Dennis found a better place to work. We have been patiently abused for 3 months of deliveries. Our account is a mess because we prepay cash....new driver unable to correct. After missing our delivery for the 2nd time....never even got a no show call.... we are done. No Service here!

Tahoe springs has wonderful service and GREAT tasting water. They have serviced me from 3 different home addresses over 11 years, and have NEVER missed a beat!! Always on time and the driver I have is the MOST considerate person and I WILL start TIPPING HIM! (smiles).
They keep their prices affordable together with the best tasting water in the valley, and the nicest drivers you can't go wrong!!!

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. they need to hire people who know how to answers the phones and works well with the public. Hopefully the owner will see these reviews and realize the people working for him just lost another account. A poorly treated customer of theirs for over a year now. it's time to find better service.
