      image I called and and asked for a certain book. He responded by saying, "This is a real book store, we don't carry books like that, go to Walmart!" with the meanest tone of voice and then proceeded to hang up on me. I know I wont bother to even step a foot in his store. I prefer to pay more money and be treated with respect then give my money to someone who has no respect.
