        This was fantastic! As a novice with very basic comic book interests, the staff was immensely helpful in finding me what I was hunting for. Super nice, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Not a whiff of condescension or anything like I feared. The music was awesome, too. Great playlist!

        Lots of new products and books. I buy a trade or omnibus and they have tons of them! I was really excited to see the used section because they had so much new stuff. Unfortunately I was told they don't have any. If you buy a $150 omnibus it has zero trade value to them. I was flabbergasted but immediately put back the one I was going to buy. Full price too, no discount. I asked about a few comics and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't know major characters, it was bizarre. If you like to pay full price for books the seller believes are worthless after the purchase then this is your store!

      Hello Tim, I think you received some incorrect information today and I apologize for that. We were training a brand new employee (2nd day) which may have had something to do with it. We do have a used / clearance section and we do buy gently used graphic novels. In lieu of discounts we have a loyalty program where you earn Cosmic Cash to use on future purchases. The loyalty program costs nothing, never expires and is offered to everyone. My name is Brian, the owner, and I'd be more than happy to discuss any of this in person if you'd like.
