Communication is a NIGHTMARE. I have called and texted and emailed with no response. I have no way of knowing the status of my repair, the lead time of my repair or even if the repair is going to be made. I did pay for diagnostic services so there is evidence that they have my batteries. If you are in the same boat as me, use a different phone number if they do not respond. I'd even like a 'formal reply' at this point. Once again - communication is a nightmare - I've spent a month trying to get hold of someone for information.

I bought a battery rebuild for my ELF in July 2021 with a 1-year warranty. By November, it was down to 30% capacity, so I returned it. In January they called to ask if I would mind paying for a new charger for it - I said yes and paid for it. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT ME THE BATTERY OR THE CHARGER. They don't answer my emails or texts. I don't know what else to do at this point except post here.

Excellent mechanic! Great repair on my mid-drive conversion. The staff really knows their stuff about batteries & motors. Also a good selection of quality eBikes.
