I took two of my kids to get their hair fixed, as I botched their bleach jobs. One wanted to go blond with a hair cut and style and the other wanted a purple colored peekaboo. Saying we loved the service and the outcome falls short. It looked great!! We were so pleased with the service. They were very friendly and knowledged. They totally rescued the day. Thank you to Mr. Carlos and the other gentleman that did my son's hair. We will definitely be returning for touch ups. Thank you so much for making it all better.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! One of the employees at the store RACIALLY PROFILED ME and tried to prevent me from walking in the store because he said they were closed, yet there were customers inside shopping and on the website it said they were open. He proceeds to tell me they dont do my type of hair and they dont have the weave im looking for, when I didnt even ask! He also followed me around the store as I was shopping!! This is RIDICULOUS!!
Today around 10am, I went to this beauty supply and one of the employees who was outside taking a smoke break was starring at me as I was walking up. Before i could walk into the store he stops me and says Can I help you? Do you have an appointment? I told him no but im looking around and he then stops me from coming inside of the store and tells me that I need to tell him what im looking for because they are closed and they dont do my type of hair even though I didnt ask him that... So I ask him when are they closing because on the website it says they are open between 10am -7pm and there were other customers currently shopping inside. He tells me he doesnt know and that its up to the owner on when they are closing but they are closing soon. So I then ask to speak to the owner and he tells me that he is the owner. So then I go inside anyways and hes following me around as Im looking at the items, I tell him I dont need his help but he continues to follow & harass me. He then tells me they dont have any weave in here or what im looking for, So at that point he made me feel so uncomfortable that I left. I was shocked and felt so disrespected after that. I would not recommend to shop or support this business, they treat their customers very poorly and the customer service here is absurd.
