        What a terrible service and experience. I have ordered a 2 meat plate, they had no ribs to serve as well the brisket was cold, they brought us new ones and ended up still being cold. 🤮

        Came in for vets day with my family. Our sandwiches and brisket plate came out quick and were delicious. Staff was respectful and kind.

        I place an online order yesterday(November 8) for pickup in-store. I ordered a Monday special pull pork meal and a two meat plate. Upon arriving at home, I noticed the guy forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. It took me 12 times or more to reach someone on the phone. My mom and brother also tried to call on their phone. The guy had loud rap music playing in the store, so maybe that’s why he can’t hear the phone. He told me his name is Will. I was supposed to be issued a refund by a Cole(owner) or manager Des.
