If I could give this location zero stars I would. Dealt with Michael Smalling and gave me the run around for a few days. Had me come back and take time out of my busy day on a day he knew he would be off. Horrible customer service on his behalf and this location as a whole.

The lines at this branch are ridiculous. It seems that when you arrive and there is more than one teller, they immediately close the second one, and then there are minimally 2 people behind the counter watching the line grow with zero assistance.

If I could  give this place zero stars I would, I come in and there's no one there to greet you or at least ask what they can help with, all the clerks were already with someone so I go sit to wait for when one of them is done I had only one person ahead of me and there was more people coming in after me. When one the the clerks is done he passes by and lets the person in front of me that he'll assist him in a bit, then a lady comes in and is waiting there so the clerk asks what can he assist with,mind you that he is looking at everyone that's waiting and still proceeded to ask that last person that came in; after that he tells the other clerk in the front what the lady needed help with and if she could assist her after she was done with the person she was with. I'm thinking maybe it's a minor thing and it won't be long so I continue to wait but as time passes it's almost time to close and I never got attended. I then proceed to the clerks in the front and ask to make an appointment so next time I won't have to go through that hassle. They tell me the next available appointment is until January. This place is ridiculously awful on how they attend people. It was very much of an inconvenience. If you need any sort of assistance with your account and want them to actually help you, safe yourself a trip on coming to this location.
