Coinsource Bitcoin ATM

I used the Coinsource at 9260 S. Easter in Las Vegas. I entered all information to sell my Bitcoin and redeem cash. What should have scarred my right off was that it approved everything in just a couple of minutes. Other machines take 20+ minutes to approve. I then went to redeem cash when the screen said “an error occurred”. So NO CASH. I called the number on the screen which is just a recording, but tells you that you could contact via text at the same number. Too my a long story short, I spent the next 9 hours trying to get my bitcoin back. They text me that this machine does not sell bitcoin for cash and that my coinage would be returned. It was returned all right, but NOT TO ME!!!. Now i am out the amount i chose plus their hefty 10% fee. Still don’t have a clue as to whose address the sent it to, because it did not go back into my account. To my understanding, these machines are privately owned, so BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR MACHINE. USE HILT INSTEAD!!!!!

This bitcoin ATM has the worst customer service instead of the guy telling me that the I only received 6 of the 30 dollars was because a fee instead he told me how I clearly don't know how they worked and that I'm crying over 30 wow is this really away to treat you consumer regardless what I'm spending I have brought 1000s in bitcoin and never had this problem i will be doing business else where thank god it was a small transaction Very professional to air someone personal business and to go back and fourth with someone like I said once there is millions away to get bitcoin at lower fees stay blessed
