Avoid this place if you like good customer service and a pleasant experience. Carrie, is the WORST at customer service. When she didnt hear me when I asked her for something she angrily asked me WHAT?!. She also didnt want to give me hot water, so I asked her to sell me a cup of hot water, and she got upset and rolled here eyes at me. The manager is loud and unprofessional as well. I could hear her conversation perfectly from across the room. Those two are better suited to be behind the scenes in the back, rather than behind the counter helping customers. The coffee is also way too strong. I had to dilute it with water several times to be able to drink it. If i could give them 0 stars I would.

So just had the unfortunate experience of finishing up a bagel and coffee here which was as I expected. However before I left I just decided to use the restroom where I found the men's door a jar because it was in disrepair and an employee by the name of Matthew urinating. Besides the door being in disrepair the bigger issue was I first hand observed him urinating and leaving the restroom without washing his hands. Makes me question the sanitary conditions.
