    My experience was horrible $1,624.04 never repaired my car they were evicted from their building move my car to an ally my car was stolen they don't respond to text messages or phone calls I had to file a police report about my car being stolen they are ripoff artists steer clear warning warning warning they only received one star I had to put one star for this message to be able to be posted take my advice never ever do business with these people

    Don't do any deals outside the shop. A man named J is a manager sadly. He is a man of no principle, moral, or value. He makes promises to people outside of the work place in turn fooling individuals into paying for home service. (Says he can and will come to you) The guy throws is baggage on you in an excuse for him not being about his words. I regret ever meeting this man. The BBB should investigate..this shark business. I will be starting a page on Facebook to warn people about Quality Autoworks..specifically J. If that even is his real name smh

    Worst mechanic ever ...do not waste your time here better off somewhere else. They will only make problems to take your money& don’t even work on your car with care by taking stuff apart then putting it back together missing screws on the body now looks like a horrible job highly will not recommend this garbage work

    This is the absolute worst shop in America. The owner Denise is definitely a scam artist. We dropped off our 2002 Toyota Camry and we were told that it needed a new motor. We were asked to give her seven days from the date of drop off which was May 18, 2020. That would’ve given her at least until the 25th. We kept calling and calling just to never get an answer and also we were just given the runaround about the new motor. We had at that point realize that the motor wasn’t gonna be there cause we’re on day 13 At this point and requested a refund of the deposit that we had given her. We’ve gone to her shop multiple times on multiple different days because she says that there is a motor and then when I get there the motor isn’t there she’s also done it again saying that it was a motor get there no motor so finally she calls and says that the gentleman with the motor went out of town due to some family issues and then intern said a week later that this gentleman was back in town and he was in Route to her shop with the motor just to find out that supposedly this motor had fallen in something serious had broken on the motor to the point were Denise didn’t want the motor then she noticed that she had a 2008 Toyota Camry hybrid and said that that motor would fit into our 2002 Toyota Camry so it took them about 2 1/2 weeks to take the motor out of one car and put it in the other and take the other motor out or pick up date was 18 June 2020 writtenDown signed and dated by me and her we get there on the 18th the battery was a problem which is why the car wouldn’t start at the motor still was a complete we go back on the 19th and now there’s an issue with the oil pump so she asked and for us to give her until Monday we gave her until Monday we arrive car isn’t done there is an issue with the oil pump gears which is why the car ahead and start it so we finally go there yesterday which was June 23 of 2020 andOur car still wasn’t done we begin to Then see how long it’ll take and if we could get some sort of discount at this point because it’s seven days over what her initial agreement with us was turns out she says that the motor is completely bad this “new motor “ Rods were horribly knocking in the car. We began to talk to the actual mechanic that’s working on the car and he says that they knew that the roads were bad since before 18 June we had requested multiple refunds we were denied every single time this shop has no care at all in the world for their customers. And to even add insult to injury we brought her multiple different peoples cars to fix in the process of our car being there supposed to be getting fixedAnd literally every single car we brought her they came after I left weeks before us. They have also done work on my neighbors car and been driving his car to their homes to other locations that they need to go and he has a GPS so he knows everywhere his car went. I’m happy to put this out there to let people know that this is not a place to go and if you don’t believe my reviews go look at reviews under me. We had to actually get our car Told out of her shop to another shop she didn’t even offer to pay for the toll or anything I asked Denise the owner of Quality Autoworks multiple times if this motor they came out of the Toyota Camry hybrid was a good motor I was guaranteed every single time that it was a good motor with low mileage just for her to tell me on June 23 that she had never started the car she had never driven the car the car was given to her by a customer that old her money which is completely illegal sheShe then stated that the batteries were missing out of the car one day and then she stated that the batteries were not charging that he needed a new battery so you’ll never get direct munication she purposely ignores her calls she purposely negates the truth she purposely lied to us in our face as if we are crazy. It got to the point we started recording everything. We will be going after her legally lawsuits ect. Do not come here please people reach out to us we have all the proof to show
