My car HVAC system needed repair. The Quality Star Auto Team quickly diagnosed the problem and set a date for the repair.  The team communicated often and explicitly with me about cost and time.  The repair was done well and within the time expected.  I am impressed with the quality of work and the personable manner of the team.  I consider Quality Star Auto my go to for auto repairs big and small.

Worst business ever! We brought our car and they took 4 days just to do the diagnostics. Then they gave us the repair estimate twice higher than it really was. The insurance refused to pay that much so we made a decision to take the car from them and fix some place else. They charged us $1500 (!) , which included almost $900 for storage for 7 days ($125 per day) out of which there were 4 days that the car was just sitting there and they were doing nothing. They also charged $300 for diagnostics, even though their estimate was showing only $125. I tried to dispute this on the phone with Nick. He was quite rude, yelling at me. After I said I would dispute the charge, he finally promised a refund for storage for three days. But when we came to get a refund, they only gave us refund for two days, saying thats it. We didnt have any more time or energy to fight that. So in general, they ripped us off $1250 for diagnostics, some unclear admin fees and storage for the days that they procrastinated. Just to compare, next door Midas auto shop is way more generous: they charge only $99 for diagnostics and $50 for storage, and they didnt charge us a dime once realized the vehicle wasnt repairable. The Quality Star may be a good repair shop (according to some reviews), but if you decide not to do business with them along the way - beware! They WILL rip you off!

Brought my car in for a repair after being hit in a parking lot. I hadn't been in this kind of situation before, and Lupe was very helpful in explaining the process and my options. They worked with the other party's insurance, and I was able to get my bumper replaced. Looks just like new, and I will return for future repairs!

These guys r gd at what they do... honest and give u the time to do what is gd for u .... I dealt with nick at junior... highly recommend them ... it is not a matter of money with them biut honest business.... Thank u gentlemen

Nick and his team are absolutely amazing. They took care of my car after being in an accident. After I got hit there was no shop in my mind that I could take my car to. We had an issue with the insurance but Nick made sure that when everything was good to go he was ready to take my car. Also after dealing with the rental car, Nick himself came and got me from the rental place so I could make it back to the shop. Nick cares about the people who come and trusts him with their vehicles! I will always turn people to Nick and his team not only for body work but also the mechanical side.
