I have won items in auctions all over Las Vegas, and this company is pretty good! If you want a refund, they have returns on the Friday following the auction. They are polite, and easy to deal with.

All of their photos are stock photos so you never know the condition of the items your getting.

This place if horrible. Do not do business there. customer service is horrible. They don't provide accurate condition of the items when asked for. They will just say used. When you pick the items up it could range from slightly used to not working and they will give you a hard time to get a refund when the item doesn't work.

1) 95% of the items sold are opened/returned/dented/damaged. They are NOT brand new or as pictured on the auction. Most are missing parts or have been damaged in transport. 2) Most recently, I purchased a Thule trailer hitch bike rack that was missing the key needed to actually lock it in the hitch. Zero refund. Zero offer to get a replacement lock/key. Zero customer service. 3) If you do buy anything from them, do NOT sign the receipt at pickup until youve opened every last box and accounted for all the parts in each. Plan to do this or youll regret it.
