A miscommunication from someone not part of the company caused me to file a BBB Complaint. After discussing it with a true rep of the company. I can't retract it. But I will apologize for not being able to. This is a good company and I believe they do their best to succeed for those of us who habe hit rough spots in our lives. I cannot find any reason not to put your trust in them.

Great company, tremendous help. Had an unfortunate hardship and got behind on my mortgage and kept getting the run around with my mortgage company got in contact with EQP Legal group and they saved me. Jasmine Jacobs was my case worker and she was super helpful. Thank you EQP and Jasmine Jacobs they are life savers.
