Susan is the best Attorney in her field,and ethically the most honest,fair,and moral lawyer i have ever retained.....She is very intelligent,and a master of business law,she has most,if not all of her study's,law,case law,statutes,and procedures memorized by heart,She is aggressive in the court room,and tells you what you need to know before you enter the court room,she spends time with you,preps you,and makes sure you understand everything about your case before you step foot in the court house....She never lies to you and will tell you straight up if she can help you or not,unlike most lawyers,she wont weasel you out of your money then ignore your calls,or settle your case when she knows you will prevail if your case goes to trial,she earns her pay,and your confidence,and is the fairest,hardest working attorney I have ever hired.
Personally I do not like Attorneys because I have had nothing but bad experiences with them,99.9% are liars,cheats,and kiss your ass to get your business,and as soon as they get your money? You'll be lucky if you ever hear from them again,unless of course they need more money,then they are on your ass like a dirty diaper!!!! Most are settlers,and do everything they can to do as little as possible for the maximum amount of money,which even then? They act like they did you a huge favor,but not Susan,if she tells you your going to win your case? Then you can bet,that's exactly what will happen,if she says your better off settling your case? Then I promise you its in your best interest to do so,However,she will never advise you to settle,if there's a good chance she will win in a trial,she loves the challenges of arguing and taking on cases that are tough,controversial,technical,and complicated.I have personally witnessed Susan destroy other attorneys with her opening statements,arguments and rebuttals.When Susan starts disseminating the facts of business law in the court room,along with her hard nose approach to opposing counsels theatrics,shenanigans and manipulation tactics,then results are astounding,She folds them up like a cheap suit and takes them to the cleaners.She is a tactician by nature,and when it comes to the Law? Laying out the facts,presenting your case,and arguing opposing counsels defense? She is the best in her field,and knows the law inside and out.If there is a loop hole she will find it,if the other sides lawyer isn't on his game,she will exploit all of his failures,and show him/her she is the top dog in the room...do yourself a favor and hire a competent,moral,honest,tough,and fair attorney like Susan,because she is all of that,and so so much more.....Billy Davis.(Former & Future Client)
