        Fantastically manicured circa 70's property. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. Property is maintained well and uniform. Great variety of floor plans also. There are separate sections of HOA. Speaking of the HOA here (here it comes, right) they are typical of most others. A handful of neighbors that hold specific duties. If you are of a certain culture than you can get away with avoiding infractions. If you are not of a certain favored variety of resident living here, well, you may not be as PRIVILEGED. I would suggest that you do not try to feel comfortable to be like your surrounding neighbors, or park like they do for hours, as you just might not have the same privileges as some klans of residents here. Aside from the HOA you will love it here. If you, uh, like tennis, swimming, *ncest etc.
