Sumnerlin North charges $57/month. They dont do much of anything. Not any involvement at all with HOAs that run individual communities. They run the parks but nothing else. I am President of an HOA & involved in 3 communities. Thousands of homes here. What do these clowns do with all the $? $57/month from each home?

I own 2 Properties located in Summerlin North for many years. I also work in a field where I have to call different property community management companies at least one or twice a month. I can say without any hesitations that the Summerlin North employees are truly the best as far as customer service. Thank you to all of you working at this office for being true professionals, and always making sure our requests are handled immediately.
