Dishonest. They came out to check on our gas oven that stopped heating up. The tech said the oven would be too expensive to fix and that we needed to buy a new one--from them. He offered to take the old one off our hands. We didn't feel good about it and told him to hold off. We did some research online and found out that a simple $14 part was a common failure point. We replaced the part on our own, and our oven works perfectly again.

They have the rudest customer service representatives! The technician that came out was nice & courteous. However, they have been to work on my washer 4 times, and it is still NOT fixed! Wrong parts ordered, parts came in "damaged", etc. I had a appointment for tomorrow morning, when they called to cancel & I tried asking questions to get a replacement washer I get hung up on.
